Switzer joined Elite in 2026 as Senior Vice President of Credit and Operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience building data-driven organizations across FinTech and consumer lending. In his role, he oversees credit and operational strategy, with a focus on strengthening underwriting discipline, advancing analytics capabilities, and enhancing end-to-end portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Elite, Switzer served as Vice President of Risk Analytics at Purchasing Power, where he led teams spanning Risk, Fraud Operations, and Portfolio Analytics. Before his time with Purchasing Power, he spent nearly a decade at LendingPoint as Senior Vice President of Analytics, where he led teams in analytics, business intelligence, big data platforms, and data pipelines. With a focus on actionable data, his innovations included real-time funnel alert systems, retention marketing, partner profitability optimization, and building/monetizing a 360-degree view of customers and their lifecycle. He is recognized for operating at the intersection of analytics, risk strategy, and operational execution, translating complex data into decisions that drive growth and protect portfolio performance.
Switzer earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine University.
